About the Treatment
Smile design is an aesthetic dentistry approach in which the colour, shape, size and alignment of the teeth are planned in harmony with the facial features, and in which methods such as laminate veneers, crowns, whitening and orthodontics can be combined.
Planning begins with a digital intraoral scanner and photographic analysis. In suitable cases, the design is evaluated in the mouth with a temporary trial (mock-up); the teeth are then prepared and the permanent restorations are bonded.
